Titans playmaker Kieran Foran could make a shock recovery form a knee injury, while Latrell Mitchell is set to line uo against the Panthers.
Mitchell will get the chance to walk the walk having talked the talk after being cleared to take on Penrith by coach Jason Demetriou.
Mitchell was in some doubt after picking up a knee injury his team’s opening-round win over Cronulla.
But after declaring himself “all sweet” on Tuesday, Mitchell dispelled any doubt by training fully with the Rabbitohs at Redfern Oval on Wednesday.

He had a bandage on his left knee but moved freely and was able to do some goalkicking ahead a showdown with the reigning premiers during which the gun fullback is sure to have a target on him.
Mitchell, who has already declared he is “chasing greatness” this season, was just as provocative in sledging the Panthers after their opening round loss.
He declared there were some “cracks in the windscreen” an Penrith, a gibe Panthers’ coach Ivan Cleary said could provide his men some extra motivation.
“That was the plan, to keep him off his legs until today and he got out there and he’s flying, he looks good so as expected he’ll play tomorrow,” Demetriou said.
“He‘s a big in. We want to keep him playing but we weren’t going to risk him either.”
Demetriou said Mitchell was “having a bit of fun” with the Panthers but wasn’t sure the cracks were actually there.
“They’ve lost in Round 1, lost at home, when was the last time they’ve lost at home?”, he said.
“But they lost by a point.
“There’s a long way to go before we start talking about chinks in what is a very impressive armour.”
Demetriou said Cameron Murray wasn’t going to be distracted by talk about him potentially joining the Wallabies after he confirmed it was something he might look at after his contract expires in 2025.
“Look, it’s conversations, it’s paper talk,” he said.
“He’s contracted until 2025 and once that’s done talk will start again. But for me it doesn’t really matter and I’m not sure it does to him either.
“He leads this club with distinction every week and I know he’ll be 100 per cent focussed.”
Meanwhile, Dragons young gun Junior Amone has been named in the Red V’s squad for their first clash of the season and it remains unclear whether he will slot into the team.
Sharks superstar Nicho Hynes could also return in Round 3 and Titans playmaker Kieran Foran won’t take the field, with an unlikely replacement revealed by Justin Holbrook.

Titans coach Justin Holbrook oridinally said Foran will not play against the Dragons and named a surprise replacement to wear the No.6. Jayden Campbell will slot into five-eighth according to Holbrook. “He’s trained everywhere during pre-season and he defends really well (Jayden Campbell),” Holbrook said on SEN1170. “I’m comfortable for him to play six.” Campbell has been named in the No.14 jersey, meaning Chris Randall is the likely man to slot into the utility role.
